3. Cancellation Policy / Widerrufsbelehrung

According to § 312g para. 2 No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. This includes all products that are individually printed after your order has been placed (Print-on-Demand). A cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started.

Gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB besteht kein Widerrufsrecht bei Waren, die nach Kundenspezifikation angefertigt werden oder eindeutig auf die persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind. Dies betrifft alle Produkte, die nach Ihrer Bestellung individuell bedruckt werden (Print-on-Demand). Ein Widerruf ist nur möglich, solange die Produktion noch nicht begonnen hat.
